Entry, locks, and keys
Capture the condition of the front door, locks, the exact number of keys handed over, and any visible damage around the entrance.
Walls, floors, and ceilings
Record old stains, paint chips, cracks, holes, and worn flooring in every room.
Kitchen and bathroom fixtures
Check and document the condition of appliances, cabinets, taps, tile, mirrors, and any signs of leaks, excess moisture, mold spots, or other visible issues.
Windows and utilities
